He possesses decision-making abilities, analytical, business acuity and problem-solving skills. He is experienced in working with multicultural teams and proven competencies in strategic financial planning, operations management, stakeholder management, cost control, financial reporting and managing projects across organizations. He has a strong understanding of auditing, taxation, financial monitoring, reporting & compliance and he is effective in the implementation of transparent & sound administrative policies & procedures. He holds a first degree in Accounting from University of Nigeria Nsukka, An Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA), Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACTI) and the Association of Accounting Technicians of West Africa (AAT). He is registered with the Office of the Auditor General for the Federation, Bank of Industry and Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria. He also lectures students preparing for professional qualification with ICAN, and ACCA at point on Academy. An ICAN Accredited tuition Center.

Uche Oheari has several years of experience in tax and client management. He acquired the experience majorly from TMF group when he handled over six clients as their outsourced CFO. He has high analytical skill enabling him to decipher through lots of data. He was actively involved in the tax recoveries for Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) during the National Tax Audit (NTA) for 2016 and 2017 financial years

Owoicho Omachi is a Chartered Accountant and has gathered over 15 years’ experience in various capacities out of which he worked with financial institutions for 10 years. His duties enabled him to gain experiences that include financial control and treasury management. He has designed, implemented and monitored several processes and controls in various organisations. He is certified for management development by the Nigerian Council for Management. He also worked with a member of Nexia International an audit and consulting organisation rated among the top ten in world before joining Fusenic Professionals

He holds a B.Sc Accounting, University of Abuja, Nigeria, M.Sc Oil and Gas Accounting from The Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, UK, An Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). George is a Chartered Accountant with 10 years of hybrid experience in Public Sector Accounting, Internal Audit, Field Audit, Public Procurement process, Project Management and Project Accounting. He combines both public and private sector accounting knowledge to render freelance Accounting and Tax Consultancy on the go. George has also served as a sitting member and secretary of one of several committees tasked with strategizing for proper restructuring of Finance and Accounts Departments in Public Sector MDA's for IPSAS compliance

Abduljalil Muhammad is An Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA), Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACTI). He is a finance and management professional with over 10 years’ experience in Audit & Assurance, Financial Accounting, Financial Management, Taxation, Consulting, and development and implementation of financial systems and controls.

Dung Dan Dung (ACA, AAET, AAT) is a seasoned investment Banker and a chartered accountant (ICAN) who has worked with FCMB Pensions Limited for over 5 years. The is an expert in Portfolio managment, securities dealings and investment research. Prior to his employment at FCMB pensions Limited. Prior to joining FCMB, he was an auditor at MKO & Co Chartered Accountant. He is also a Member of Association of Entrepreneurs and Technologists of Nigeria and also an Associate member of Accounting Technicians of West Africa. He has achieved a certification in Project Management, Business consultancy, Financial Modeling, agro allied and Portfolio management. As a team leader, he has mentored/trained numerous Accountants and Analyst in building a solid career in investment banking and has played actively in both the Money and Capital Markets which has been able to generatean alpha return on investment to his clients/employers. He holds a BSc in Accounting from University of Abuja and a Masters in Accounting and Finance, where he conducted a research on the Effect of macroeconomic variables on stock returns in sub-saharan Africa as published by Nasarawa State University. FRANCIS AMEH DAVID is a chartered accountant with about 10year in practice and experienced in Book-keeping, Accounting, Auditing, Tax Planning, Advisory and Regulatory Services. He is also an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), Member Chartered Institute of Management (CIM) He has worked with firms in various capacity: Adesonya & Partners, Awe Agboluga & Co and Momsar Financial Consulting (MFCS) among others. His experience in Auditing and Accounting is vast in both Government and private sector. He lectures students preparing for professional qualification with the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN) at Excellent Professional Study Centre, an approved study Centre.
